Patricia L. Halm ORDER VACATING AUGUST 19, 2025 ORDER SETTING ASIDE PETITIONER’S DEFAULT ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER’S MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT The Tribunal has considered the file in this case and finds that it entered an order setting aside Petitioner’s default on August 19, 2025. The Tribunal erred in the entry of this order, as it failed to address the Motion to Set Aside Default filed by Petitioner on August 7, 2025. Respondent has not filed a response to the motion. As such, the Tribunal finds good cause to grant the motion and set the default aside. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the August 19, 2025 Order Setting Aside Petitioner’s Default is VACATED.
