Report an archive error

Provide the record URL, docket number, incorrect field or attachment, and supporting details when available. Examples include an attachment assigned to the wrong docket entry, a missing continuation row, or a transcription mistake.

Identify the document, page number, and kind of information at issue without repeating the sensitive value. Explain your concern and provide supporting details without repeating sensitive information.

Scope of corrections

Any correction or removal applies only to this website. We cannot change a legal proceeding or its outcome.

Review principles

Reports should be reviewed with the affected record and supporting information. A party’s presence in a proceeding must not be treated as proof of wrongdoing. Disputed statements should not be silently rewritten as if they were the original record. There is no automatic removal guarantee.
