This policy explains how Tax Records Finder handles information when you search case records, view documents, or contact us. This website is hosted using Cloudflare.

Searches and technical requests
Search terms and filters are sent to the website server to retrieve a limited page of results. They also appear in the page URL, so they may be retained in browser history and included when you share a URL. On a reload, the website receives that URL.
Cloudflare processes request URLs, IP addresses, and request headers to deliver and protect this website. Optional Google Analytics is described below. Request limits help reduce excessive traffic. Our application does not store IP addresses with contact submissions.
Cookies and browser storage
The embedded PDF viewer may store viewing preferences and document history in your browser. You can remove this information through your browser’s site-data settings.
Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. The Google Analytics tag, events, and cookies stay off until you select Accept analytics. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website.
Our page-view configuration uses general page types, such as Record Finder or Record details, in place of individual record URLs and titles. With analytics enabled, Enhanced measurement may also record interactions such as scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and form interactions, including associated link or form metadata. We do not intentionally send the contents of contact messages to Analytics. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details when analytics is enabled. Analytics cookies can last up to 180 days; rejecting analytics removes these cookies from this site. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration. Advertising & cookies
Third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies to personalize advertisements based on your previous visits to Tax Records Finder and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies may also enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this site and other sites across the Internet.

Public record information
The archive stores public tax case records and associated documents. This may include names, addresses, signatures, and other information included in filings. Public availability does not mean that every item is appropriate for republication. Please use the correction and privacy request guidance to identify an issue.
Files and external links
Documents and page previews are served through this website. External websites have their own data practices. Downloading a file saves a copy through your browser.
Contact information you choose to provide
The contact form saves your name, email address, selected topic, message, optional record URL, and submission time in a private database hosted by Cloudflare for the operator to review. Submissions are not publicly displayed. Messages are deleted after 180 days, or earlier when no longer needed. Send only what is needed to explain the request. Do not send tax returns, account credentials, Social Security numbers, or unredacted identity documents.
Choices and requests
You can clear your browser history, avoid sharing URLs containing personal search terms, and avoid including sensitive information in messages. For archive correction or privacy concerns, see Contact. Corrections on this website apply only to this website.
