To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to explain why my household expenses are higher than my reported income.

My monthly living expenses exceed my income. To help cover the difference, my children provide

financial assistance by paying for groceries and other essential household expenses whenever they

are able. In addition,

| rely on my credit cards to pay for necessary expenses that

| cannot afford

with my income alone.

Each year, when

| receive my income tax refund,

1 use those funds to reduce or pay off my credit

card balances. Without the financial support of my children and the temporary use of credit cards,

|

would not be able to meet my basic living expenses.

1 respectfully ask that you consider this explanation as part of my application. Thank you for your

time, understanding, and consideration.

Sincerely,

Ghaleb Elnoursi
