The Board of Review established 2026 assessed/state equalized value at $70,000,

implying true cash value of $140,000. Petitioner purchased the property on March 7, 2025 for $130,000,

approximately nine months before tax day. No substantial improvements before tax day support an

increase to $140,000, and documented condition and deferred-maintenance issues affect market value.

Petitioner requests true cash value of $130,000 and assessed/state equalized and taxable values of

$65,000, subject to verification against the Board of Review notice.
