CONSENT JUDGMENT

The Tribunal has reviewed the Stipulation and finds that it comports with the mandates

otherwise indicated, bear interest from the date of payment to the date of judgment and

the judgment shall bear interest to the date of its payment. A sum determined by the

Section 4: Explain Your Answer to this Appeal

The value of the new construction was added for 2025. Adjustments are made to the

property value based on the market. The ECF for the property was applied to bring the

property to market value. The property is properly valued based on the value of the new

construction and the market value. The building permit value of $485000, which is the

property owners stated value of the new construction was not exceeded prior to the ECF

being applied to bring the value of the property to the market value. The value of New

Section 4: Issues Being Appealed (check all that apply)

True Cash and Taxable Value

Section 5: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

Owner is in the process of constructing a house on parcel 11-41-4940-0201-05-0. The value of construction completed as of December 31, 2024 was $506,525, with

$14,000 additional construction to be completed in 2025. Accordingly, the increase to the taxable value due to completed construction should be one-half of the

completed construction as of December 31, 2024, which is 253,262.

The land’s taxable value in 2024 was 39,910. Accordingly, with the 3.1% CPI increase for 2025, the taxable value for 2025 should be 41,147.

Adding the completed construction value (253,262) and the land value (41,147) should make the 2025 taxable and assessed values 294,409.
