My property has been disproportionately assessed compared to similar homes in Spring Lake Township. In seven comparable sales in Spring Lake Township, each home except ours had a 2024 SEV (when doubled) that was lower than the sale price. We purchased our home for $485,000 yet the assessed value indicates that our home is worth $554,400. In addition, our property is .59 acres but our property was assessed at .76 acres. Section 6: Jurisdictional Issues Year(s) you are appealing: 1 Did you protest the assessment at a Board of Review (BOR)?
