ORDER HOLDING PETITIONER IN DEFAULT

The Tribunal has reviewed the file in this case and finds that Petitioner filed a severed

petition and a $125.00 filing fee in response to the Tribunal’s July 11, 2025, Order

Severing Parcel No. 44-010-036-026-00 into the above-captioned docket (the order).

The Tribunal erred in the entry of the order, however, because the correct filing fee,

based on the Tribunal division and amount in contention, was $200.00.1

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner is held in DEFAULT.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner must complete the following to cure the

default: pay the remaining $75.00 owed for the petition filing fee. The foregoing must be

filed with the Tribunal within 14 days of entry of this Order.2 Unfortunately, the payment

may not be made via e-filing.

Failure to comply with this order will result in Petitioner being required to file a motion to

set aside the default (with appropriate filing fee).
