This is a property tax appeal involving Petitioner’s commercial real property located in the City of Mt. Pleasant. 2. Tax year 2026 is the only tax year on appeal. 3. Petitioner submitted its Petition in this appeal on May 26, 2026. 4. Under TTR 237(4), “A petition may be withdrawn upon a motion filed by the

2 petitioner before the answer or first responsive motion has been filed with the tribunal.” TTR 231(3). 5. No Answer or first responsive motion has been filed in this matter. 6. Petitioner therefore moves pursuant to TTR 237(4) for the withdrawal of its Petition. WHEREFORE, Petitioner Broomfield Village, LLC respectfully requests that this honorable Tribunal enter an Order withdrawing this appeal.
