Exhibit F is an August 31, 2025 estimate from Archer Michaels Hardwood Flooring, LLC for work in the lower-level walkout and laundry areas of the subject property. The estimate describes the existing flooring as "water damaged" and proposes removal of the existing flooring, application of a waterproof membrane to the concrete subfloor, and installation of replacement flooring. Petitioner submits Exhibit F as additional documentation corroborating the nature of the lower-level condition previously identified in Petitioner's Prehearing Brief and supporting exhibits.
