STATE OF MICHIGAN GRETCHEN WHITMER DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS MARLON I. BROWN, DPA GOVERNOR LANSING DIRECTOR The subject property at 5311 S Vassar Rd is assigned to the RES-D Economic Condition Factor (ECF) neighborhood. Adjacent and nearby properties on the same section of S Vassar Rd, including 5345 S Vassar Rd and 5365 S Vassar Rd, are assigned to the Rural Township ECF neighborhood. Petitioner contends that this differing ECF neighborhood assignment results in a non-uniform valuation and an overstated True Cash Value, State Equalized Value, and Taxable Value relative to similarly situated neighboring properties. Petitioner respectfully requests that the 2025 assessment be reviewed and corrected, including reassignment of the subject property to the appropriate ECF neighborhood, so that its valuation is uniform and equitable with comparable properties.
