STATE OF MICHIGAN GRETCHEN WHITMER GOVERNOR DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS LANSING MARLON I. BROWN, DPA DIRECTOR 2 of 3 We met with Springfield Township Board of Review and no revisions occurred. We believe this in error due to the lot being unbuildable as determined by Oakland County Health Division due to not being able to get separation between the well and septic per attached. For reference, the Valuation Report shows sold for $275,000 on 4/14/2022. This is partially true as this parcel was part of a purchase we made with (2) other adjoining properties with the total sale for all (3) properties to be $275,000. Also, the valuation report shows Lake Access, this is partially true due to the easement down the street owned by Springfield Township. I take this as not exclusive lake access for this property due to the access being owned by the Township and Big Lake is a public access lake.
