I am appealing the 2026 True Cash Value, Assessed Value/SEV, and Taxable Value because the Board of Review value remains above the recent arm’s-length sale

price of the property. The property was purchased on 7/15/2025 for $650,000 after public market exposure. The Board of Review set the 2026 Assessed

Value/SEV and Taxable Value at $355,000, which implies a market value of approximately $710,000. I believe the True Cash Value should be $650,000, with the

corresponding Assessed Value/SEV and Taxable Value adjusted to approximately $325,000.

Jurisdictional Issues:

Did you protest the assessment at a Board of Review? Yes
