Halm ORDER VACATING ORDER OF DISMISSAL ORDER REINSTATING CASE The Tribunal has considered the file in this case and finds that it entered an Order of Dismissal on October 23, 2024. The Tribunal erred in the entry of this Order because the evidence submitted demonstrates that the petition was timely postmarked within the 35-day appeal period to the Tribunal at the correct address. The appeal was therefore timely filed and is properly pending under MCL 205.735a(6). As such, the Tribunal finds good cause to vacate the Order and reinstate the case. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Order of Dismissal is VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the case is REINSTATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent shall file an answer within 28 days of this Order.
