The Township's assessment of $30,000 SEV / $60,000 True Cash Value does not reflect the property's actual condition or market value. The property was acquired

at a tax sale for $7,580.81 due to severe structural deterioration and functional obsolescence. The assessor's 'Market Adjustment' contradicts the property's

uninhabitable condition and complete lack of market demand."
