The Board of Review's assessment exceeds the fair market value of the property based on our recent purchase price of the home, and based on recent

comparable sales in the neighborhood. The property was purchased in an arm's-length transaction on November 10, 2025 for $338,000. The sellers created an

auction environment requiring offers by a “no later than (date)”. Under these circumstances, many bids were entered, and the sellers took our offer, which was

the highest. As the top offer, this reflects the property’s true and fair market value.
