Section 4: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

The Assessment Methodology and resulting apportionment is unjust and inequitable.

| do not agree my

property will gain benefit from the special assessment, in fact, part of this project is disconnecting two illicit

storm water pipes that have been using my property without any easements. They have stuck me with

unreimbursded damages and refused to remove or repair their illicit pipes, leaving my property with nearly

$100,000.00 of past and future costs. The method of assessment is at the highest property type which is

appropriate, however,

it was then tripled unjustly due to the aforementioned, then the result doubled which

is unjust due to, in part, to the aforementioned. The unjust and inequitable result is that 9.474 acres is

treated as over 39.7908 acres and then taxed at the highest rate resultiING in an extremely high unjust

unequitable assessment/apportionment ($46,166.86) plus the damages to correct issues that are no fault

or benefit to my property. Additionally, the Drain Commissioner hid from the entire community including it's

supervisors as to the scope and cost and methodology until they sprung the apportionment letters on

roughly 400 stakeholders who were clueless and blindsided, causing panic and hardship. Truly a travesty!
