Halm CORRECTED ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER’S REQUEST FOR IN PERSON HEARING ORDER ADJOURNING HEARING The Tribunal has reviewed the file in this case and finds that it entered an order granting Petitioner’s in-person hearing request on July 23, 2025. The Tribunal erred in the entry of that order, as it indicated that the proceeding would be held on the day and time indicated in the original hearing notices at the Tribunal’s Lansing office. The in-person hearing request was timely filed and is properly granted, but the hearing needs to be adjourned and rescheduled in the normal course of scheduling. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner’s In-Person Hearing request is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to commence on July 31, 2025, is ADJOURNED. The hearing will be rescheduled in the normal course of scheduling.
