Respondent admits that these appear to be Petitioner’s contentions of the subject property’s value but denies that these contentions reflect the subject property’s actual true cash, assessed, state equalized, and taxable value. WHEREFORE, Respondent respectfully requests that this Honorable Tribunal affirm the assessed, state equalized, and taxable values of the subject property as placed on the 2025 tax roll by Respondent, dismiss the Petition, and grant Respondent its costs, attorney fees, and such other relief as the Tribunal deems appropriate.
