Department of Treasury, such as income taxes, are not subject to the informal

settlement conference process.

 No

If Yes, check which BOR considered your application AND attach the BOR decision:

If No, explain why:

The assessed value exceeds the property's true market value. The property was

purchased in August 2024 for $210,000 in an arm's-length transaction. The home is in

below-average condition and requires significant repairs, including roof replacement,

foundation issues, plumbing repairs, outdated kitchen and bathrooms, basement wall

cracks, lack of central air conditioning, and an aging furnace.

Based on the recent purchase price, comparable sales, and estimated repair costs, the

property's fair market value is approximately $200,000 to $210,000. The current

assessed value implies a market value of approximately $259,020, which exceeds the

property's actual market value. I respectfully request that the Tribunal reduce the

property's true cash value, assessed value, and taxable value accordingly.
