Halm ORDER VACATING OCTOBER 22, 2025 ORDER HOLDING RESPONDENT IN DEFAULT The Tribunal has considered the file in this case and finds that it entered an order holding Respondent in default on October 22, 2025. However, the Tribunal erred in the entry of this order as Respondent timely filed its answer. It appears that the filing had simply not been processed as of the entry of the October 22, 2025 order. As such, and inasmuch as Respondent has complied with the Tribunal’s rules of practice and procedure, the Tribunal finds good cause to vacate the default order. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the October 22, 2025 Order Holding Respondent in Default is VACATED.
