Township assessed value: 255,800 is notably higher than current, professional appraisal report of 237,500. Error made by Township assessor on well depth. He

documented 200ft and it is only 50 ft. When questioned, the assessor admitted to guessing on the depth instead of checking documented resources. Assessor

captured that the attached garage was finished space and it is not. There is only rough framing and exposed insulation with no wall covering. The concrete floor

is plain, not sealed or finished in any way. The space is not finished. The assessor added our chicken coop to the value. When on property he stated it would be

valued at $1000. He then documented a 24X8 with 8'sidewalls at a value of $9,243. The hen house is 6X8 with 4 ft sidewalls and there is an open, covered run

that is 18X8. The value is grossly exaggerated. The house was given Class: C+10. The exterior steel is basic, builder grade & windows are base-level windows.
