nor did the motion include proof demonstrating the service of the motion on Respondent 

(proof of service). As such, the document is not properly pending, and no action will be 

taken unless a signed motion and proof of service are filed within 14 days of the 

issuance of this notice. If the required signed motion and proof of service are not filed 

within 14 days, you will be required to refile the motion with the appropriate filing fee, if 

required, as well as proof that the refiled document was served on the opposing party.
