Hi Thad,

Thanks for the explanation.

Is there no wiggle room for nine days? I'm currently unemployed

and 9 days will cost me thousands of dollars. There was scheduling conflicts prior to the final

inspection and that was costly. To be precise, the final was done on the 7th. I'd like to think my

first interaction like this with the county would be a bit more benevolent.

Regards,

Frank

Subject: RE: Parcel #70-04-03-300-013

Frank,

The date on the filed Principal Residence Exemption (PRE) is 11/10/2025. To receive the 18mil

reduction for school operating on the winter tax bill for 2025, you need to have moved in to occupy the

residence by 11/1/2025. The PRE is on file going forward for 2026.

As for meeting next week,

| will not be in Crockery during my normal office hours next Wednesday.

|

would be available at 4pm on Tuesday, but

| believe this explanation may have answered your

question.

Hi Thad,

I would like to schedule an appointment with you next Wednesday regarding my tax bill. We

signed the affidavit indicating that we are full-time residents of the house and that we expect a

reduced tax liability as a result. Please let me know the time you are available to speak with

me.
