I recently (in november 2025) refinanced mortgage loan on property and appraisal i got on home is 709,000 and Gross sqft was calculated as 3407sqft. I appealed in march before board and attached all documents including tax assessment i received during closing (purchase ) and refinancing the mortgage. my tax was not reduced but increases 1000 more and i did not make any improvements to the property. sorry i missed to appeal in march 2025 for tax assessment. As, i was first time home owner and was not aware of appealing in march. Attaching all appraisals i received from mortgage lenders for referrence.
