I am appealing the assessed value for a couple of reasons. First, the assessed value does not take into consideration the fact that the house has an original roof,

original kitchen and appliance, original bathrooms, original windows and only has 4 bedrooms. These factors compared to other houses in the area that recently

sold with those updates should be taken into consideration. Two recent comps on the same street include 17739 Cranbrook (5 bed, new driveway, indoor pool,

newer roof, newer windows, smart home technology and more) and 17947 Cranbrook Ct (new bathroom, new carpet, new roof, new driveway, new upstairs bath,

new landscaping). Thank you for your consideration.
