Halm ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER’S MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT On December 10, 2024, Petitioner filed a motion requesting the Tribunal set aside the default entered in this case on October 30, 2024. Respondent has not filed a response to the motion. However, Respondent filed an answer to the petition on December 27, 2024.
