We respectfully request that the taxable value and assessed value be corrected to $3100000 with the true cash

value $6200000.

The subject property is a 106,000 square foot retail building which was constructed in 2019 and is located on a

15.77-acre site. The building was constructed as a build-to-suit for a Farm and Fleet as a big box retail warehouse

with about 16’ clear ceilings and truck loading docks. There is also an automotive service section and a fenced

storage area. An appraisal supports a much lower valuation. We would respectfully request the assessment be

adjusted to more appropriately represent the value of the subject property.
