ATTACHMENT #2

Good cause exists to set aside the Default because Petitioner timely responded to the Tribunal’s

February 13, 2026, Order by filing an Amended Entire Tribunal Petition, a copy of the Wayne

County Circuit Court Complaint (Case No. 25-015101-CB), and a written status statement.

The Tribunal subsequently found that Petitioner’s response was incomplete due to failure to file

proof of service on all parties-in-interest. This defect was procedural in nature and has now been

fully corrected.

Petitioner has served the Amended Petition on all required parties-in-interest and has filed a

corrected Proof of Service in compliance with Tribunal Rules (TTR 227 and TTR 225).

No prejudice will result to Respondent or any party-in-interest, and the Tribunal has already

determined that jurisdiction is properly invoked with respect to the December 2025 Board of

Review decision.
