Thereafter, it was determined that Petitioner is claiming an exemption from property taxes under MCL 211.7o(1), MCL 211.7o(5), and MCL 211.7n. As a result, the Tribunal finds that to facilitate the efficient administration of justice, this case shall be removed from the Prehearing General Call and Order of Procedure and scheduled for a Status Conference in the normal course of scheduling.1 Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that this case is REMOVED from the December 1-15, 2025 Prehearing General Call.
