True Cash and Taxable Values

Please Explain the Reason for this Appeal:

In January 2023, Petitioners purchased parcel 11-07-0029-0010-01-0 through a third party, long-arm transaction. The purchase price, representing fair market

value of the property was $265,000. Accordingly, the taxable value and the assessed value for 2024 should have been one-half of the fair market value, which was

the purchase price, for a value of 132,500. Applying the 2025 CPI of 3.1%, the taxable value and the assessed value for 2025 should have been 136,607. The

taxable value for 2026, with the 2.7% CPI increase for 2026, should be 140,296. In addition, the Property was listed for sale in 2024, and despite aggressive

exposure did not sell for well below the assessed or taxable values.
