Check which of the following you are appealing: (check all that apply)

True Cash and Taxable Values

Please Explain the Reason for this Appeal:

I protested the assessed value and taxable value at the March 2026 board of review. The board of review did not reduce the assessed value nor the taxable value.

The values remain at $92,000. I purchased the property for $50,000 on December 30th, 2025. I did not purchase the property from a relative or friend. The

property was not in foreclosure nor was it a distressed property.

I believe the assessed value and taxable value should be $55,000.

I believe the true cash value of the property is $110,000.

I have researched market comps to validate my position and value amounts. I will be providing those upon hearing.

Jurisdictional Issues:

Did you protest the assessment at a Board of Review? Yes

If Yes, check which Board of Review you attended: March
