Property Value Support Statement Property Address: 1355 Robindale Ave, Dearborn, MI 48128 Purpose: Support for True Cash Value in Michigan Tax Tribunal Appeal This statement is submitted in support of the petitioner's contention of fair market value (True Cash Value) for the above-referenced property. Based on publicly available market data from widely used real estate valuation sources, including Zillow, Redfin, and Homes.com, the estimated current market value of the property falls within a range generally between approximately $260,000 and $300,000. Recent estimates and comparable sales in the immediate area support a reasonable True Cash Value of approximately $280,000. This figure reflects current market conditions and is consistent with nearby residential properties of similar size, age, and location. Accordingly, the petitioner respectfully contends the following values for purposes of this appeal: Contended True Cash Value: $280,000 Contended Assessed Value (50% of TCV): $140,000 * Contended Taxable Value: $140,000 This valuation is submitted in good faith and is intended to provide reasonable support for the petitioner's valuation position in conjunction with the hardship and poverty exemption appeal.
