| did not receive a Notice of Assessment, PRE denial, or any other written notice from the 

Township of West Bloomfield regarding my exemption. My appeal arises from the 

township’s failure to grant the Disabled Veterans Exemption for tax years 2022-2024, 

despite my qualifying status. 

| respectfully submit this statement in lieu of the missing notice, as permitted under TTR 

279. 

Confirmation of not receiving exemption can be made by referencing municipal, county, 

and/or state tax payment records.
