Addendum No. 5

5.

If the stipulated TV does not equal the prior year TV multiplied by the applicable inflation

rate multiplier, explain why (e.g., transfer of ownership, additions, losses, omitted property

etc.):

The parcels listed in the attached Multiple Parcel Forms became encumbered with a

perpetual Protective Conservation Easement which affects valuation of the residual

property rights retained by Petitioners. The stipulated True Cash Values, Assessed Values

and Taxable Values reflect the best efforts of Petitioners and Respondent to fairly and

accurately account for reduced property values for the 2025 tax year following imposition

of the Protective Conservation Easement. The valuation reduction factors applied to the

parcels vary based on the nature and extent of water frontage and features of the

respective parcels.

Addendum No. 6

6.

List any special terms or conditions being proposed by the parties that would affect the

execution of a Consent Judgment including, but not limited to, the joint payment of the

refund, the waiver of interest, etc. (attach additional page if necessary):

The parties agree to a waiver of interest on any refunds. Petitioners have agreed to remove

each of the 8 parcels identified in the Multiple Parcel Forms from Qualified Forest Property

(QFP) status as part of this stipulated settlement.

Addendum No. 7

7.

The parties agree to the withdrawal of parcel number:

The following 6 parcels are withdrawn from this 2025 appeal:
