We contested this Dismissal based on the following: We have not received a receipt confirmation or answer from our letter to the Mich. Tax Tribunal Of Nov 14, 2024, 30 days. We are at our 5099 Bayou Drive, Orange Beach, AL 36561 winter residence. We have experienced severe USPS and email deficiency’s and receipt of documents. As stated in the Nov 14 letter we were awaiting the the new Supv and Board replacement on Nov. 19 for the assessment, review/revisit and the many specific assessment deficiency’s.
