Acct: 46MAO-901-0590-00 To Whom It May Concern: Please accept the amended stip for the above appeal. We submitted the amended appeal timely by mail (see postmarked certificate of mailing), however the mail envelope was returned for some unknown reason. I had also submitted the amended stip on the MTT website, but it appears it was a day late. I have included proof of fee payment for this appeal and tried to follow the 14-day window of submission for the amended stip. I phoned the MTT employee, Erica, today and she stated to submit a letter of explanation along with the proof of timely attempts to meet the deadlines. Let me know if I have explained the situation enough for the amended stip to be accepted without another fee payment.
