| am 76 years old. My income became very low.

| worked

for 22 years, but it was back then when my wage was $6-7 an hour.sometimes 70 hours per week. So my Social

Security amount is lower than SSI. But, instead of receiving SSI,

from my Annuity. This statement show my Annuity account, plus it tells that these money

Annuity for life. Otherwice it will give me just part of these money, which will be lower than

| paid them (plus - my

company) for 20 years. So, they decide that these money (from Annuity) - is my asset. Every year they adjusted m

property tax, according to my income, including my retirement money, and this year they considered my pension

(which I'm receiving FOR LIFE) as my asset. So they didn't considered my retirement money which

| can get

yearly, but as my asset in full, even

| can't use these money, because this is my pension and

| receive just 4.5% of

these money. And it adds to my yearly income just little money to my SS payment of $1001 per month. Having

such inflation as it's now,

| can't survive on these money, and they want me to pay half of my income for property

tax. Plus, they MADE me to have city water, instead of Well water, and now

| pay additional money for project of

City water as $2000 for 20 years.

| can't get any Homestead credit for these money, they are not included in regula
