SMALL CLAIMS DIVISION

The notice of denial states there are "co-owners who are not the disabled veteran." My wife Linda has always co-owned the property with me. When she was in

declining health we were advised to add my daughter, Alison Glowinski, to the property however Alison has never lived here. Each year I submitted for the

Veteran Exemption, it was approved and no one ever told me it was an issue to have my daughter on the title.

We can prove that Alison has owned and lived in her own home this entire time and has no interest financially or otherwise in my property.

The exemption should not have been approved each year if it was a problem to have her on there. Had I known, we would have removed her name from the

property as I believe we were ill advised to add her in the first place. During this time my wife's health was in a drastic decline and with my disability I was unable

to manage everything myself and was relying on others assistance. If I had just been told by the township I could not have my daughter on the property and

qualify for the exemption, I would have taken care of it.

The current deed was updated with an attorney in January of 2026 and shows myself and my wife as the current co-owners of the property. I am happy to provide

any further information or documentation you require.
