Grant Miller 4074 Clements Sr Detroit, MI 48238 dtropoli@gmail.com November 4, 2024 Tax Tribunal Hello, My name is Grant Miller, I'm writing in regards to a denial decision for a 2023 Poverty application I was told sent to my address at 4074 Clements Street Detroit, 48238 in 2023. I cannot locate the denial letter but was told this submission along with the MTT Docket No. (24-003724) would suffice. My 2021,2022 2023 and 2024 applications were all submitted on July 15, 2024 with help from a Mrs. SANDRA MOORE-WILLIAMS I Community Resource Navigator at the Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency. I was approved for 2021 and 2022 but denied for 2023 based upon no response to correspondence sent to my home address. I was hospitalized with a stroke on February 15, 2023 and released the following month, March, to convalesce at a different location than my home address and never received any correspondence and would like to appeal that decision.
