SAFETY FIRST !! Please observe all city, county, or state codes and regulations for the installation of the pool. Please read, understand and follow all manufacturers safety and installation guidelines. Never dive or jump into an above ground swimming pool. You can be permanently injured. Maintain constant adult supervision when pool is in use, especially with children. Restrict unauthorized access to the pool site, especially at night or when no one is at home. Equip gates and fences with self-locking latches. Display your pool’s safety rules and warning signs where all swimmers can read before entering pool. . Attach all manufacturer’s “no diving” warning labels to the pool where indicated. Always keep first aid equipment readily accessible for rescue and resuscitation of imperiled swimmers. ) Post emergency phone numbers for rescue squad, fire department, police, and hospital near the pool or on warning signs. Never stand or walk on the pool’s solar or winter covers. Explain pool safety rules to invited guests before allowing them to use the pool. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Level-One, Inc. is not liable for defects or damage caused by acts of God, accidents, abuse, misuse, exposure to fire or hazards of nature, including floods, ground water levels rising, shifting or settling soil, improper drainage, maintenance, winterization or any occurrence that Level-One, Inc. has no control over. Level-One, Inc. is NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES caused by any defect including leakage. This warranty does not cover discoloration, shadowing, fading, wrinkles or staining of liner/shell, since it is due to the physical and chemical nature of the material, local water conditions, and improper use of chemicals or improper cleaning and maintenance. Level-One, Inc. will determine if and how items or equipment shall be repaired or replaced. Level-One, Inc. is not responsible for matching color or brands no longer available, but will make every reasonable effort to match as closely as possible. THIS IS Level-One, Inc.
