The Petitioner did contest his value for 2025 at the March Board of Review. The homeowner was doing work on the home without the Assessing department being

unaware. However, with the evidence provided the Board did award the homeowner by reducing his Assessed Value from $90,740 to $42,000; which in turn

lowered the Taxable Value from $55,138 to $42,000.

However, it is our understanding that the Petitioner, by his submission in Section 6 – that he is appealing 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. The purview of this Tribunal

does not allow for the appeal of past years. Therefore, the City of Warren requests that this appeal be dismissed.
