| believe that this home is in less than average condition for the area. The contractor whom completed

the renovation did a poor job and there are both ongoing issues and deferred maintenance with the

property.

(1) The property needs a new roof and we are addressing leaks in the upstairs kitchen and living room

right now.

(2) The furnace needs to be replaced.

(3) The rear siding needs to be replaced.

(4) The kitchens and bathrooms are small and original and very outdated along with the rest of the

house. No updated plumbing or electrical.

(5) The taxes represent a value that

| believe exceeds what this home would sell for based on the

location and condition of the property.

(6)

| believe an error was made during the MBOR for this particular appeal. The appraiser was asked

for her opinion and then a decision was made. They realized they forgot to ask my reason for appeal

and asked after the decision was set.
