Section 5: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

| purchased my home in September 2023. In May 2024, my mortgage company sent me

notice that my taxes were higher than anticipated. Since

| had missed the March Board

of Review for 2024,

| needed to wait until March 2025.

| attended the March Board of

Review and recieved notice that there had been no change. The following is what was

presented at the March Board Review:

| purchased my home for $211,000 after it was

appraised at $214,000. There are not many homes in my neighborhood (NBHD) of RHA

that were built in a similar year of 1926 with my acreage of 6.31.

| found some

comparables from the Oakland County Website, which are attached.

| am also attaching

the appraisal that was done prior to the purchase of my home.

| believe that the

assessment of my home should be between $211,000-$214,000, which would make the

taxable value between $105,500-$107,000.

| am formally appealing valuation.

Section 6: Jurisdictional Issues

$25.00 will be added for each additional parcel being appealed, not to exceed a total filing fee of $1,000.

If your property is residential property (see MCL 205.762) and

If your property is
