Section 4: Issues Being Appealed (check all that apply)

True Cash and Taxable Value

Section 5: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

This property from the beginning was over assessed, this caused tax delinquency.

We constantly paid the taxes and got on payment plans to keep the property. We also were being charged for sewerage and drainage charges at an extremely high

rate which was 962.00 per month for industrial waste and there was never any water turned on in the building. In 2017 we went to the water department and the

water was reassessed and DWSD removed the 44,000 worth of sewerage and drainage charges. In 2023 the water issue with the building was then rolled over to the

taxes. The amount of drainage charges was 44,000 the amount that had been removed was put back on and was rolled over to the property taxes. The taxes for the

property were then 67000.00 which is why the property is now in the auction (WCT). I want to have the property from the Wayne County Tax Auction due to being

over assessed for taxes and also water.
