PURCHASE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM 

Real Estate and Business Asset Purchase Agreement, 

dated July 7, 2025, as amended 

(“Purchase Agreement”)

The undersigned Purchaser and Seller mutually agree to amend the Purchase Agreement as follows: 

1. 

The closing date shall be extended to the actual date of closing. 

2. 

Exhibit A to this Addendum shall replace the Exhibit A to the Purchase Agreement. 

3. 

The Broker Fee in Section 13 of the Purchase Agreement is changed to $60,000.00. 

All other items, conditions and provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain the same.
