ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER’S MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT

On November 13, 2024, Petitioner filed a motion requesting that the Tribunal set aside

the Order of Default entered in this case on October 4, 2024.1

The Tribunal has considered the motion and the case file, and finds that Petitioner was

placed in default for filing to pay the proper filing fee. Petitioner responded but failed to

cure the default and the Tribunal issued an order extending the time to cure on

November 12, 2024.2 Having now filed the requisite remaining filing fee and motion

filing fee, Petitioner has complied with the Tribunal’s orders as required by TTR 231. As

such, the Tribunal finds good cause to grant the motion and set aside the default.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Set Aside Default is GRANTED.

motion filing fee was paid.
