Clinton Township has my square footage listed as 1812 and the actual livable conditioned space is 1140. House comparable in neighborhood with 1426 square feet which is bigger than mine by 288 square feet and his taxes are $430.33 per year than mine. My SEV is listed at $114,000 and market shows it would sell for less than $153,900 so I believe my SEV should be $76,500.
