WHEREFORE, Respondent asks that this Tribunal affirm the 2025 assessed value as it represents no more than fifty percent of the subject’s True Cash Value as of December 31, 2024 as required by statute; that this Tribunal further affirm the 2025 taxable value as an appropriate and accurate value under Michigan law; and that Respondent be awarded costs and such additional relief as this Tribunal may deem appropriate.
