RE:

Application for Exemption of Real Estate

Real Property Parcel: 64-14-30-352-020

Dear Ms. Fidelia White,

In connection with your application for exemption of the captioned subject parcel, we find no

basis to grant exemption status pursuant to MCL 211.7s. Based upon the information submitted,

Please be aware that any taxes billed for 2024 and/or prior years will be owed.

If property taxes

are allowed to become delinquent for an extended period, then the property may be seized and

offered for land sale through the Oakland County Treasurer's Office.

Appeal of this determination may be made to the Michigan Tax Tribunal on or before May 31,

2024. Michigan Tax Tribunal forms are available at www.michigan.gov/taxtrib.
